Growing Up!!

My baby graduated from preschool, and learned how to ride her bike without training wheels! This is definitely a bittersweet thing for me. I love seeing her succeed and be awesome at things, but at the same time I just want her to stay my little peanut! :(

Hoppy Easter!!!

We have enjoyed a long weekend of fun Easter events!!!
We started off dying eggs and actually painting them! We normally don't take that much time to paint each individual one, but we did this time, and they all looked amazing!! :)
Friday night, we had a big Easter party at Grandma and Grandpa's house!! Every year they hide over 300 eggs for the grand kids! They absolutely LOVE it!
This morning the girls woke us up early eagerly anticipating their baskets! The Easter Bunny did not miss us!! He is truly amazing!!! Crazy rabbit! :)
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter!

When was the last time you had "Robin Egg" lip stick?

Happy April Fool's Day!

I have to say that April Fool's Day is one of my favorite days!! I LOVE pulling pranks! Most of the time I can't wait for this day. Poor Bryce ends up getting the brunt of things all year long! Thanks for being a good sport honey! You're the best! :)
These pranks were the girls ideas!!! They are taking after me for sure! hahaha!

Tribute to K!

I always feel a little funny tooting my own kids horn because lets face it I'm a realist, I know my kids aren't perfect, but they are pretty amazing! Beside which, if I don't toot it who will? That being said, I have to brag about K! Earlier this week, we had parent teacher conference. K's teacher just gushed over how wonderful K is, and what a joy she is to have in class! She then pulled out some of K's work and proceeded to tell us how amazingly brilliant she is!! (Every mother wants to hear that!) K is scoring top of her class on everything, and is reading at a 3rd grade level!! (She is definitely my child!!! hahaha!) K is such an amazing little girl. I know I am sometimes hard on her, but I know she can do anything she puts her mind to. Great Job K Cutie Pie!!!

If You Take My Kids Shopping......

If you take my kids shopping, this is what you are going to get! I'm sure it bugged people that I was letting my girls "dress up" but no worries, those people didn't know they were my kids! I kept asking the girls, "Where is your mother?" and making comments like, "What kind of mother lets their kids do things like that?" I'm pretty sure no one knew it was me! ;)
Don't you think these pictures will be great blackmail some day?!

Some Off Track Fun!

Oh my where does the time go?! We had a fabulous three weeks off recently! While K was off track, we tried to fit in a few fun things!! Some highlights include: Utah Gymnastics!! The Lady Ute's are sooooo much fun to watch!! Another fun thing was the "Sweet's Candy Factory" with Oakley's class. We also spent some time at Jumping Jack's! So much fun to be off track! Lady Ute's Rock!

We Love You Colter

My heart has been so heavy all week. My cousin Colter passed away on Sunday. He passed in his sleep. They say he did not feel a thing. We were not the closest of cousins, but Colter was always a very happy, fun guy once you got past his tough guy act! Colter was always very protective of me. There isn't one ex-boyfriend of mine that he he didn't offer to kill! We love you and will miss you dearly!

The Trade!

Well, we decided that we needed one little addition to our family! We got a puppy!! His name is Rocky! Well, Rocky was the cutest most lovable little guy until he decided to bark all night and chew on my floor boards!
The girls loved him......but then were scared of him! They thought he was really trying to bight them. I explained that that is just what puppies do! They didn't like that too much!

After much deliberation, we decided to take him back to his momma....so sad I know! We learned our lesson, we are just not pet people!! So to make a long story short, we took Rocky back and got a boat instead! hahaha! Here she is!! The Black Pearl!

O's 5!!! We Love you Peanut!

I can't believe my sweet little O is 5 already! She is the funniest little girl around. She loves life and all that it offers! She is definitely a girly girl, but also likes boyish things too! She is such a joy to our family. Happy Birthday O!! We love you lots! Love Momma
She got a crown with her card and of course insisted on wearing it! :)
