So, I seem to be in a cooking rut right now. I keep making the same dinners over and over again. Those dinners include: Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Pillows, Spaghetti, Sloppy Joe's, Parmesan Chicken, BBQ Chicken, and that's about it. Any suggestions out there???

We love turkey burgers without the bun we eat those a couple times a week and carson loves them if you melt some cheese and then let him dip it in ketchup and then usually green beans. Or we also love this one you get as many chicken breasts as needed put them in a crock pot add a few cans however many you want of cream of chicken soup, then add a little milk to thin out the cream of chicken let that cook in the crock pot for six hours or so and then make some rice and then poor that all on the top sooooo easy and so yummy... Sorry not very cool ideas I am not a very good cook or do it as often as I should...
Someone needs to start a recipe blog, I run into the exact same problem all the time. Some of our favorites include Hawaiian haystacks (tomatoes, pinapples, cheese, chicken, and cream of chicken over rice) rice tacos -sounds wierd but it's really good (taco seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream over rice). Hmm can you tell what the main staple in our house is? Another favorite is chicken delight (cream of chicken, one packet of italian seasoning, and 8 oz cream cheese poured over chicken breasts, cooked in the slow cooker on high 4 hours. we like to shred the chicken after its cooked and serve it over, you guessed it, rice) Hopefully that pulls you out of the cooking slump.
Johnny's Favorite Dorito Casserole:
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. browned hamburger
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced chiles
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. grated cheese
mix hamburger, tomato sauce, and chiles. set aside. combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer like lasagna. Crushed Doritos, hamburger mixture, cottage cheese mixture then cheese. repeat and sprinkle a few dorito crumbs on top for looks. Bake @ 350 for 30 min. (9x13)
Enjoy!!! We always Do.
I wish I could help you but I don't cook much when I am pregnant- I pretty much live on baked potatoes for the first months. Do you like to use a crock pot? I have lots of suggestions for the crock pot.
